On the morning of October 28th, the first Enterprise Open Day of the School of Finance and Taxation of this semester was carried out smoothly. Under the leadership of Teacher Liu Yu, the students visited Tencent Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., and had in-depth communication with the staff to know the actual situation of the workplace.

Tencent Technology Co., Ltd., as one of the largest integrated Internet service providers in China and one of the Internet enterprises with the largest number of service users in China, extended a warm welcome to the students. The staff first introduced the development history and corporate culture of Tencent, especially the role of Tencent in the COVID-19 outbreak with high and new technologies, which attracted the wide attention of the students. Then, under the guidance of the staff, the students visited Tencent's sports space, No. 198 bookstore, and staff training room, and fully felt the advanced technology, humanistic care, and good enterprise atmosphere of Tencent.

At the meeting, HR of Tencent company explained the rules and regulations of staff recruitment, employment, training, and promotion from a professional perspective, and put forward the guidance that“we hope students can clearly define their self-positioning, choose positions oriented by the industry, actively explore cutting-edge knowledge and strengthen the practical application of professional knowledge". Students communicated actively and spoke enthusiastically with a lively atmosphere. At last, Tencent expressed its appreciation and expectation for students of SWUFE and hoped to further strengthen communication with the school on student employment and talent training, so as to provide strong support for subsequent in-depth cooperation and future student employment.

This Enterprise Open Day activity provided a good platform for students to study and to increase knowledge. At the same time, it enables students to make clear the significance of further defining their development goals. In this activity, the students gained a lot, which enable them to have a deeper understanding of the historic achievements of Internet technology innovation. All the students expressed that they would pay more attention to all-around development, cherish their youth, work hard, hoping to contribute their wisdom and strength to the realization of the Chinese dream in the future.
