WHO WE ARE

The Institute of Public Economics and Policy (IPEP) is a nonprofit research organization affiliated with and funded by the School of Public Finance and Taxation, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE). IPEP is a dedicated platform that facilitates international collaborations among academics, policy makers and industrial participants to conduct research on current topics of public economics and policies.

OUR MISSION

At IPEP we conduct innovative and interdisciplinary research that leads to：

deeper grasp of China‘s public policies and practices;

better understanding of fiscal systems and public policies across countries;

better ideas for advancing the modernization of governance system and capability.
