主讲人简介：

段伊戈，上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院助理教授，英属哥伦比亚大学经济学博士，研究方向为劳动和城市经济学。他的研究发表于Management Science、American Economic Journal: Economic Policy（已接受）等期刊，并获得Management Science年度最佳论文奖。他目前担任Journal of Asian Economics副主编并主持国家自然科学基金青年项目（C类）。

内容提要：

This paper examines the impacts of an employer-assisted affordable housing program on the job performance of food-delivery workers in China. Leveraging spatial variation of program availability and a matched event study design, we estimate that affordable housing raises residents' hours worked, orders delivered, and revenue from delivery by 31 percent, 36 percent, and 38 percent, respectively. The effects are explained by peer effects, as the improvements are concentrated among previously less productive workers both within and across residential units. We also find evidence of reciprocity, but rule out alternative explanations such as changing financial constraints, work stress, and commuting time.

本文研究了上海市“建设者之家”保障性住房项目对入住外卖骑手工作绩效的影响。利用入住资格的空间差异与匹配事件研究设计，我们发现入住骑手的工作时长、完成订单量和配送金额分别增长了31%、36%和38%。这种效应可由同群效应解释，因为绩效提升主要集中于入住前经验更少、工作时间更短的骑手，且在同住单元内部及不同单元间均存在这种差异。我们还发现了互惠行为的证据，但排除了财务约束、工作压力及通勤时间等其他解释因素。
